Contestant Acknowledgment :
By filling out this online form/application, you agree to all of the following information and understand that your likeness will only be used for publicity and review purposes. You acknowledge that your submissions will become the property of the Jr. and Miss Black Teen Ohio Valley Ambassador Pageants which is owned by Nstep Promotions.
​1) Complete registration on Eventbrite and attend one Information Meeting.
2) Respond to all emails and take action. Feedback must be completed within 72 hours of the date of the request.
3) The Alumni Team will contact you within one week with follow-up dates and details.
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US REGARDING YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL WE CONTACT YOU. MOST CONCERNS CAN BE ANSWERED WHEN FOLLOW-UP DOCUMENTS ARE SENT.
Eligibility & Instructions

Embracing who you are and Empowering whom you are becoming! You may apply to become a contestant by applying directly to the Jr. Miss and Miss Black Teen Ohio Valley Pageants on this page. If you meet the minimum eligibility requirements below, you may begin the process below in 3 easy steps.
STEP ONE: Review the eligibility guidelines below.
STEP TWO: Meeting the eligibility criteria, please review the Judging Criteria to make sure you represent the vision and mission of the pageant division appropriate for your age group, and it is an excellent fit for you. Next, proceed with the application process by submitting the Online Application below.
STEP THREE: After you have submitted the online application, send a Recent Snapshot of yourself. Upload your photo to our email, getNstep@outlook.com. Note: Be sure to include your first and last name in the Subject area.

Special Note: Alumni Team and other pageant representatives/volunteers including their immediate family (sister, daughter, or members of the family raised in the same household) cannot compete in the division their family members are volunteering.

Divisions Overall Eligibility:
-
Ages 11 to 18 years old as of April 3, 2020.
-
You must be a full-time student in middle (Jr. Miss, 11-13) or high school (MBTOV, 14-18) at the time of the pageant on April 3, 2020. If you have a birthday on April 3, you will compete in the appropriate division.

You must be single; never married.

You must be a natural-born female.

You must be a United States citizen.

You must live and go to school in the areas deemed as the Ohio Valley.

You must be willing to represent your division as an ambassador for one year.

Submit two community leaders' letters of support, one being from an educator whose class you are currently in this school year.

You must actively participate in the division in which you are competing and adhere to all deadlines.
